Art in the Park Cork City
From July 1st 2012, I will be taking up an Artist's Residency at Art in the Park, Fitzgerald's Park, Cork City. The creative project is being supported by the Cork City Council. I will be selling my illustration work, exhibiting my art and teaching a number of creative courses at Art in the Park. These courses will include-

Cork City Art History Course
This 5 week course in Cork Art History covers famous Cork painters and sculptors including Daniel Maclise, James Barry, John Butts, Seamus Murphy and John Hogan. The course covers major contributions made by Cork Artists to the general world of Art in both Ireland and abroad.
Starting in July, the course runs on Tuesday evenings at Art in the Park from 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
The Cork Art History Course fee is 50 Euro.

Cork City History Walking Tour
The Cork City History Walking Tour will depart from Art in the Park every Friday afternoon at 2 PM and will last one hour approx. The tour will take in historical Cork City area's including Shandon, North Main Street, Saint Peter's, Christchurch and finally Saint Finn Barre's. All of which are locations in my book Ghost of Shandon.
The walking tour fee is 5 Euro.
