Here is a scene from the Ghost of Shandon depicting the Apothecary character Victor Wolfe in his store off North Main Street. Victor is a fan of potions and trips to Constantinople!
Here is the character design for a new character from the Ghost of Shandon called the Duallachan. He is based on an old Cork Faerie story that was published by Crofton Croker in 1815! The Faerie story told of a Coachman that rode from Blackpool to Kinsale every midnight! Here is a commissioned illustration I completed for the wonderful Irish folk singer Padraigin Ni Uallachain. The illustration depicts two children on a boat sailing down a rainbow stream in the moonlight. Id like to thank Padraigin for supporting my illustration work and career! Here is the first page of the 64 in colour! Id like to thank Roz for sharing some of her late fathers art tools with me recently! I can also now confirm that the Ghost of Shandon is scheduled for release in March 2012! Hopefully it will be worth the wait and all the hard work! Expect lots of ghosts, graveyards, apothecaries, sword fights and sinister goblins! Here is the latest pencil illustration from the Ghost of Shandon. It is an image of Saint Peter’s park in Cork City. I’ll have to restrict the amount of images that I post from the book before its released, otherwise you’ll gave seen everything! |
